DTI Adds New Enterprise Features

Hagerstown, Maryland June 8, 2004 – DocuTrac, Inc. (DTI), behavioral health software development corporation, announced today that they have released a new version of the of their QuicDoc® Clinical System, Client-Server Edition.  Since its release in 2001, DTI has added many new features that enhance the program, such as the use of digital signature pads to capture, encrypt, and store signatures for notes and documents.

DTI President Arnie Schuster, Ph.D. states that “many of the enhancements are features that are requested by agencies using our QuicDoc system.”  He goes on to say that “it’s a win win situation, the agencies get what they need and we improve our software’s appeal to other agencies.”

Among the many additions to the enterprise software, DTI’s development team has added features that help speed data entry, enhance security and user roles, and HIPAA related features such as the Disclosure of Protected Health Information and Audit Logs.  Additionally, new customization features, more user defined fields, and a form or screen designer were incorporated for flexibility. Among these is the ability to set your own captions and create your own note types.

DTI, located in Western Maryland, launched the first QuicDoc Clinical Information System for DOS in 1993. DTI is committed to incorporating new technologies and advances in their software. For additional information on DTI products visit their web site at www.quicdoc.com or call 800 850-8510.
