Attaching a Note in QuicForms

QuicForms You can attach a note or additional page which is appended to a treatment plan record in QuicForms. The note or additional page is printed as the last page of the plan. You can use this feature to attach additional comments or information not included on a form.

QF note  While on a plan or record in QuicForms, select Tools...Attach Note, or click on the Note icon on the toolbar.

1.Enter a note of any length.
2.Select Save from the File menu to save to note.
3.Select Close from the File menu to return to the treatment plan form.

The notepad works like a mini-word processor. To check spelling, select Spell from the Options menu.

Change Font

The default font is Arial 10 point. To change the font, select Fonts from the Options menu. Select a font and a font size and click OK. This changes the font for all text in the notepad.

Insert Date

Select Insert Date from the Edit menu to insert the current date at the insertion point of your text (i.e., where your cursor is flashing).

Edit Features

Select  Edit...Select All from the Edit menu to highlight or select all text. Use Cut, Copy, and Paste from the Edit menu to move or copy selected text.

Select Save from the File menu to save text with its associated record or plan.

Select Close from the File menu to return to treatment plan form.
