Courtesy Calls

Courtesy Calls allows you to make better use of your time and staff time, reducing your no-shows, improving your office workflow, and your bottom line.

 

To add Courtesy Calls to your Office Therapy, call DocuTrac, Inc. at 800-850-8510.

 

Once Courtesy Calls have been set up for your QuicDoc, click the Patients tab on the left hand side of the screen. Double click any one patient on the list to open up the Client Information window. Within the Courtesy Calls tab, you will see you Courtesy Call Settings. From this tab, you may check the Do Not Call checkbox, if you don't want to call this patient. You may also enter in a phone number, cell phone number or an e-mail in order to contact your patient. The e-mail will be selected by the e-mail listed in the Address tab. You will then be prompted to enter a Language to call your patient in. If none is selected, the default language will be English.

 

Click OK for your process to be complete.
