The following fields can be imported into QuicDoc. Be sure to use the format below for creating delimited text files.

Sex (use 0 for female, 1 for male)

Notice that for the second record, there is no Middle Name or Work Phone. In that case the quotes are still placed there, but with no data enclosed by them.
