Patient Address Information

Patient Icon In the Patients View select New Patient from the Patients menu to open the Patient Information window. Click on Address at the top of the window.

 

Client's Address

down arrow Select the type of Residence from drop down list or type in field. Enter the home, work, and alternate phone numbers if applicable.

 

Email

If you are setup for email and have entered an email address for the client, you can create an email message and send an appointment reminder.
 

Select E-Mail from the Write menu. This opens your email message box.
Type your message.
Click Send as you would for any email message. The message is sent to your email outbox to be sent.

 

Email Appointment Reminders

To change the email Text for appointments in the Scheduler, first open the QuicDoc Scheduler.

 

From the scheduler select File...Preferences.
Type the desired text in the e-Mail Reminder Text field. Do not make changes to [DATE] at [TIME] with [THERAPIST] since this will read and insert the appointment information for the confirmation email.

 
Information for minors

option button

You can enter information for Mother, Father, and a Guardian. Click one to select it and enter information. Enter Name, Address, and Home and Work phone numbers. You can select another by clicking it. This will clear the fields so you can enter new information associated with the new selection.

Click the option buttons to view your entries.

 

User Fields

If you wish to enter additional information or setup user fields, click the button for Additional Information.
