The print preview is intended as a layout guide so that you may see the total length or number of pages in your document.
To view the document layout
| 1. | Click the Print Preview button on the toolbar, or select File...Print Preview. |
| 2. | Use the scroll bar on the right to advance to the next pages if there are more than two in the document. |
| 3. | Click the Close button to exit the preview. |
