Office Therapy Electronic Filing
Office Therapy generates a HIPAA 837 Compliant file containing your claim
information using data you have already entered into the program.
After this file is created, you may send it to the clearinghouse of your

Power Charge: Charge appointments and accept payments directly from the calendar.
Enter Detailed Payment Information: for
payment vehicle and for handling electronic payments such as
credit card and ACH payments.
Record Organizational NPI: Enter information for organization NPI on the CMS 1500 and for group number, if needed.
Choose from Enhanced Pick Lists for Diagnosis Codes with most frequently used codes
listed at the top. You can enter a diagnosis using either ICD-9 and/or DSM-IV coding.
