QuicDoc by DocuTrac is first to be certified to deliver the NYSCRI Forms.

QuicDoc V6.2 Enterprise Software was tested and certified by MTM Services, Inc, the authorized certification entity chosen by the New York Office of Mental Health (OMH) and the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse (OASAS) to provide the NYSCRI form set for use in an Electronic Medical Record.
