Check Users Logged on to QuicDoc

The Logged On Listing is available only to the System Administrator. It displays a list of users currently logged on to QuicDoc. Each time a user logs onto QuicDoc their user ID, name, computer number, and Date/Time of logon is registered in QuicDoc's database.

Registration Number

Select Help... About QuicDoc for a computer's ID. For networks, you may want to make a note of all computers and their IDs. When a user logs off, that user is removed from the database's registration.
 
If QuicDoc exits abnormally, the registration will not be removed until the user logs back on and exits normally or the Administrator deletes the listing.

To view the listing

Select File...Administration...Logged On...

Deleting Logged on listings

Administrator: You should only see your user ID and name listed if you are planning to work with the database. If there are other users listed, have them log off. If you are sure all other users are off, but there are still other names listed, you may delete the listing by selecting the user and clicking Delete. DO NOT DELETE YOUR NAME OR ANOTHER USER UNLESS YOU ARE SURE THE USER IS LOGGED OFF.

 

Note: If you change computers on a network, you will need to call for new network codes since the computer registration numbers will change.
