Contact Hours Report

Select Contact Hours from the Reports menu.

The report lists the number of sessions by session type and CPT code, the number of hours and average session length, as well as the total number of sessions and hours. In addition, the report gives totals for the number of clients seen and the number of visits.

The report can be filtered by Insurance Company, Program, and Date. With the Administrative logon or with all provider access it can also be filtered by Provider.

 

Note: Session length and CPT codes are entered in the Session Information screen for Intakes and Progress Notes.
