QuicDoc comes with the following reports:

Quality Assessment

Diagnosis

Medications

Patient Satisfaction

Demographics Report

Audit Log - requires the Administrative Logon

Select the report type from the Reports menu in the Patients window.

 

Accuracy of Reports

Reports and graphs can only be as accurate and meaningful as the data you enter. For example, the Quality Assessment report examines variables addressed at Intake and at Discharge. If you do not address Risk Factors at Intake and then update them at Discharge, the breakdown of Risk factors by degree will not be complete or accurate.

 

Preview screen

Once generated, reports are viewed and printed from a Preview screen. Double click on the screen to zoom in. Right double click to zoom out. Click and drag mouse to move page up or down. Use right/left arrows to view previous/next pages.

Detail and Summary Reports: For Diagnosis, Medications, and Note Audit Reports, you can select either Detail or Summary in the preview screen by clicking the button at the top of the window.

 

Report Filter

All other reports, by default, show results for the current month with filter selections set for All. For the Contact Hours, Quality Assessment, Patient Satisfaction, and Outcome Measures reports, click the Filter button to change the following settings:

Date Range

Insurance Company

Program

Provider - Administrative logon required

Dates can also be selected in the preview screen.

Demographics Report can be filtered by Program for Active or Inactive clients.

Referral Source Report can be filtered by Date for Active or Inactive clients.

 

refresh button rptsClick the Refresh button to generate a new report when you change the date filter on the preview screen. Click Print to print, and Close to exit.
