Demographics Report

Select Demographics Report from the Reports menu, Patient View.

The report shows Active Patients. Select Inactive Patients from the Display pick list for a report on terminated clients. To filter the report by program, select a program from the Program Filter pick list. Click the Refresh button to generate the report.

The report is based on information entered in the patient information screen for each client. If data is entered for some and not others the report will be incomplete. It lists the total number of clients and a breakdown by age, marital status, referral, employment type, program, religion, race, educational level, and military

User defined fields are also included in the report so that you can track other demographics that QuicDoc may not capture. For instance, if you set up a user field for county, the report will give a breakdown of your patient population by county.

To track other information in the Demographics Report

Set up one or more user fields in the patient information screen. To access user fields, click Additional Information on the patient information form. Data entered in the user fields 1 through 6 will be included in the report.
