Diagnosis Report

Diagnoses are entered in the DSM-IV Diagnosis section while doing your notes for documentation. Select Diagnosis Detail or Summary from the Reports...Diagnosis menu in the Patients window to generate a report.

Summary

The Summary report gives an accounting of the number of active patients grouped by principal diagnosis.

Detail

The Detail report lists active patients with their principal diagnosis grouped by provider, where applicable.

Once a report is generated, you can click either the Detail or Summary button in the upper left corner to generate the other type of report.
