Diagnosis Information Sheets - NIMH

This Diagnostic Information Sheets contain information from National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) about the symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment of a number of mental illnesses. The information/fact sheets can be viewed and printed for your clients.

Select NIMH-Dx Info Sheets from the View menu to open. The HTML Information Sheets open in a browser. Navigate the topics and links as you would in any browser. Click the Print button to print the topic.

To open as a PDF file, select File... Print...Diagnosis Info Sheets. Select a specific file from the QuicDoc/DxInfo folder. The file will open in Adobe Reader if it is installed on your computer.

The diagnosis information sheets are used in QuicDoc® with the permission of NIMH.
