QuicDoc provides separate Psychotherapy Notes for therapists to keep sensitive information separate from the clients' records. Psychotherapy Notes can be password protected. Definition of Psychotherapy Notes Access to Notes You will see and have access to only your Psychotherapy Notes. Other therapists who have access to your patients do not have access to your Psychotherapy Notes. The System Administrator will not have access to your notes. If you are a therapist and also the System Administrator, use your Provider/User ID and password logon, not the Administrative logon, to create Psychotherapy Notes.
Password for Psychotherapy Notes To set password
When you set a password, the next time you open Psychotherapy Notes, you will be required to enter that password. Passwords are optional. However, if you password protect your Psychotherapy Notes, and forget the password, be advised that DocuTrac cannot retrieve passwords.
Unset Password
Enter a New Note
Save a Note Click the Save button on the toolbar, or select Save Note from the File menu. All saved notes are listed by date on the left of the screen.
Open a Saved Note Click on the date of the note listed on the left to select the note.
Delete a Note Click on the date of the note listed on the left to select the note you want to delete, and press the Delete key.
Click the Print button on the toolbar to print the selected note. Select Print All Notes from the File menu to print all notes listed. |
