To spell check the current document click the Spell Check button on the toolbar, or select Spell Check from the Edit menu.
Misspelled words appear in the Not in Dictionary field.
You can type in a replacement word, or select a replacement word by clicking on it in the Suggestions list.

Replace a misspelled word with a suggested word
| • | Click to select the word you want to use in the Suggestions list. |
| • | Click the Change button to replace the misspelled word in document with the selected word. |
| • | Click Change All to replace all the same misspelled words with the selected word. |
You can Ignore or Ignore All instances of a spelling.
Dictionary
To add a word to the dictionary, click the Add button.
