Refreshing the Note Hx list

When you create a clinical note, it is listed in the Notes Hx tab.

This list, however, can be affected by subsequent changes made after creating the note. Changing the note's date, CPT code, or session length will affect the list.

When this happens, you can update the Note Hx list by refreshing it.

Two ways to refresh the list:

Refresh Click the Refresh Note History button on the toolbar.
Select Refresh Note History from right mouse or Documentation menu.
