The Report Header appears at the top of notes and reports, as well as letters, memos, and faxes. If you have write or write/delete access for headers, you can also enter alternate headers, and change the default setting. The first header entered becomes the default header.
Add Header
• | Select Report Headers from the Setup menu. |
• | Type the header in the text box. Use the Enter key to begin a new line. You can have any number of lines. |
Alternate Headers

• | Click New. You will see the numbers at the top change from 1 of 1 to 2 0f 2. You can have any number of Report Headers, with one being the default header. |
Change Default Header
You can change the default setting to an alternate header.
• | Select Report Headers from the Setup menu. |
• | In the Report Header dialog box use the browse arrows to find a header or enter a new header. |
• | Click the Default check box when the header is open. |
Delete Header
• | Select or enter another header for the default header before deleting the default header. |
• | Use the browse arrows to find the header to delete. |
