Reports include daily or weekly schedules and cancellation reports. In the Day or Week View select Schedule or Cancellation Report from the Reports menu.
Schedule Report
The Schedule report prints a schedule for the date range and for the provider(s) specified. Use this as an alternative to printing a schedule in a grid or table format. The report can be sorted by patient name or date/time of appointment.
Filter
If you have access to all providers, you can filter by provider as well as date. You can also filter the report to display only patient appointments, omitting other activities and events.
Click to show patient appointments only excluding events and activities, or click again to show all appointments including activities and events.
Sort
You can sort the report by appointment, time, and provider. Select the criteria from the drop down pick list at the top of the window.
Click the Refresh button to generate the report.
Cancellation Report
Prints a detailed listing of missed and canceled appointments for the date range and provider(s) specified.
This report lists patient names and whether an appointment was missed, canceled by the patient or therapist. It then summarizes overall totals and totals for each category.
View and Print
Use the right and left arrows to advance and go back a page, or use the line arrows to go to the first or the last page.
Click the Print button to print the report.
