Scheduler Shortcuts
You can use the banner (black bar with date and previous-next buttons) on your calendar pages to change dates easily to the next or previous day, week, or month.
Click the Go to Today button on the Scheduler toolbar to go to the current date.
Use the right and left arrows on the upper banner to go to the Previous or Next date.
Click the banner's date text on the upper bar between the previous and next arrows to display a pop-up calendar. On the calendar, select a day or week to go to.
Time Bar
The time bar (Day View only) shows all appointments for the day. When you click a filled area, the appointment list will automatically scroll down to that appointment slot.
Switch between provider schedules
You can easily switch between providers' schedules in the Day, Week, and Month views by clicking on the provider name at the bottom of the window. This open the provider list to select a different provider's schedule.
To move to a specific provider's schedule in the All Provider View, select the provider from the drop-down pick list at the top of the screen, and then click the Go button.
Find and Go to an Appointment
Click the Find button on the toolbar to search for a specific appointment that has been scheduled. All related appointments will be listed. Select the desired appointment and click the Go To button.
