The Timberlawn Child Functioning Scale (TCFS) can be used for clinical assessment, outcomes measurement, and for collection of data to predict long-term adjustment.
There are two versions of the TCSF, one in which the child is rated by the clinician, and another in which the child is rated by the parent.
