A Status Link is at the top of the window.

1.Pharm (pharmacy): displays the number of pharmacy communications requiring attention. These are either refill requests or messages from SureScripts pharmacies. Clicking on the link will take you to the Status page where you can view the transactions.
2.Fax: displays the number of faxes which were not successfully transmitted. Possible causes for their being on this list include wrong fax numbers number or a malfunction at the pharmacy. Clicking on the link will take you to the Status page where you can view the transactions. Once the fax has been successfully transmitted, it will be removed from this list.
3.Pending: displays the number of incomplete or pending prescriptions for your account. Clicking on the link will take you to the Status page where you will have the ability to view all transactions requiring your attention. Those of the user’s current location are bold, but all can be accessed for processing. Be sure to follow your office policy on handling prescriptions written in a different location or work group.

You can also open the Status page by clicking the Status Button at the top of the page, or clicking Status under the Tasks bar on the left.

Prescriptions and messages needing attention are displayed at the top of the window. The Status window will reflect the work flow for your account, and it may be those only for a selected location, if applicable.

Pharmacy Renewal Requests are refill requests and other electronic messages from pharmacies connected via the SureScripts network. Click on a patient name to process these.

Failed Fax Transmission: is a list of faxes that have not been successfully transmitted. Possible causes include wrong number or malfunction at the pharmacy. Select by clicking. This takes you to the Rx Detail page and removes the selected item from the list. You may choose to print or re-fax the prescription batch. A record of this duplicate transaction is recorded. Use the Detail Notes field if an explanation is needed.

 
Pending Prescriptions are listed by patient. Click to select.

Staff Processing List indicates prescriptions which are pending.

Doctor Review List shows prescriptions that have been set aside by the nursing staff for the doctor’s review.

Alerts are messages that require review. Click to select. The message to review will appear in red. Click the Mark as Reviewed button to "sign."

Help

To access NewCrop Help for filing e-Prescriptions, click the Administrative Functions tab at the top of the Compose page, then click the How to write an Rx link under the Support heading. Click the Help or the Popup Help at the bottom of the each window. Click Hide Help to close the help window.
