DTI Sales and Refund Policies for Standard Edition Software

All prices quoted are in U.S. currency. Prices and fees are subject to change without notice. We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express cards on all phone, fax, and mail orders during business hours.  On-line purchases are through PayPal and can be completed in off hours.

 

Refund Policies

Software licenses fees are non-refundable once the software has been unlocked.  We regret that we cannot refund a license fee once software is unlocked and registered. However, DTI offers trial uses of its software so that potential clients may use the software to evaluate it for suitability before purchasing license(s). Our sales staff is also available to answer questions and assist in evaluating software needs.

All PayPal Sales are Non-Refundable. Be sure you are ready to purchase before using PayPal. Take time to evaluate the software since all sales through PayPal are final.

Refunds: Office Therapy, Office to-Go, and QuicDoc Standard Edition software is refundable within 30 day of purchase and only if the software has not been unlocked and registered.

All refunds will incur a 10% processing fee.

The following fees are non-refundable:

  • License fees for the Lexi-Comp Drug Reference Library™ from Lexi-Comp, Inc.
  • Upgrades fees
  • Maintenance fees
  • Shipping fees

Policies Regarding Sales of Additional Standard Licenses

Additional licenses can be purchased from DocuTrac. In order to obtain additional licenses, you are required to have the most current version of the software. If your version is not current, you will need to purchase an upgrade, as well as the additional license(s).

To add the Lexi-Comp Drug Reference Database, to add E-Prescribe, and to file Electronic Claims you must be running the most recent version(s) of the software.

Policies Regarding Transferability of Licenses

Software licenses are not transferable. They cannot be sold or transferred to another individual or agency. Network licenses are intended for use in a single location. Network licenses cannot be switched to Group or Single PC licenses.

Annual Maintenance for Network Licenses

If you wish to acquire annual maintenance and are licensed for a network system, you are required to obtain maintenance for all licensed workstations. If you do not wish to use all your workstations, you may remove a workstation by calling our technical support department. You will be required to remove the workstation(s) prior to obtaining maintenance.
