You can add items to many of the pick lists right in QuicForms.
The status bar at the bottom of the form indicates if a field has an associated pick list. Double click in the field or press F8 to open the list.
| • | Click the Add button. |
| • | Enter new item and click Ok. |
Added items for Goal or Objective Lists are keyed to a particular diagnosis or problem.
Note: Items cannot be added to the symptoms list since symptoms are based on DSM-IV criteria.
