Clinical Data Lists |

QuicDoc's clinical notes and patient records are generated using pick lists that you can edit to reflect your own wording. Types of Clinical Data Lists include the following:
To open a list Select Clinical Data Lists from the Setup menu for a complete listing of pick lists. Double click on a list name to open it. You will need to be set up with access to the lists, or logged on with the Administrative logon.
Note: If you are planning to do extensive editing to one or more of the lists, you may want to print the list first, then decide which items to delete, edit, and/or add. If you are running QuicDoc on a network, note that clinical data lists are global. Changes to the lists will appear for all workstations on a network.
To Print Click the Print button at the bottom of the list to print the list. To Edit For lists with two sections, make sure the category (e.g., diagnosis) is selected first before adding an item. For Treatment Goals, Axis I and Axis II, click the option to sort Diagnosis by code or name. For lists with two input fields, enter items in both fields (e.g., Axis II, the code number and the name of the condition). Make changes to clinical data lists as follows: To Add: Enter item in field below. Click the Add button. To Edit: Double click on an item in the list. It will be entered in the edit field below.
