You can customize the QuicDoc program to suit your needs in the following ways.

 

Report Headers

Set up a header for your practice. You can set up several headers to choose from, and designate one of them as the default header.

Clinical Data Pick Lists

You can customize the clinical data lists to reflect your own wording or your agency's needs. If you are on a network, you may want to assign this to an individual or small committee.

Set Preferences

In the Preferences window you can set up a word to use that best describes your patients, whether it be students, residents, clients, or another word. You can, as well select options for electronic signature, audit logging, backing up, and more. These options requires the Administrative logon.

User Fields for Patient Information

You can set up your own input fields and pick lists for entering patient information.

In addition to being able to customize the clinical data lists, you can also add your own risk factors and mental status fields.

 

Documentation Note Types

Create your own custom note types by specifying which sections you want to address for an Intake or Progress Note etc. You can also create a different type of note, such as a nursing note.
