Appointment Types
You can set up Appointment Types which allow you to define blocks of time for a specific types of appointments.
Scheduler Preferences
Select Preferences from the File menu to set he start and end times for your days and the time length for appointment slots. You can also set the sound option and the tasks option,as well as an option for military time.
