By default, Clinical Formulation is found in the Intake Note Other Sections and in the Outpatient Treatment Plan Other Sections. You can also set it up to appear in any note or report.
Use the Clinical formulation to summarize the initial complaint, history, assessment, and treatment plan. You can enter any length of text you wish.
Tips:
• | Select Spell Check from the File menu to perform a spell check. Be sure to move your cursor to each text field that you want to check. |
• | This is an ideal area to use a Voice Dictation program. |
• | You can copy and paste text from another document by using the Edit menu in the document's application. Open or switch to the application where the document is located (e.g. MS Word). Select Edit...Select All or mark a section of document to copy. Select Edit...Copy. Switch to the Clinical Formulation screen in QuicDoc and click in the text box. Press Ctrl-V to paste, or right-click and select paste. |
