Content-Process, by default is part of the Progress Note. You can also set it up to appear in any note or report.

Content

In the content section, click in the check boxes to select themes discussed during the session, or enter other themes in the text box.

Enter any changes in stressors.

Enter a narrative for the content of the session in the text box.

Spell Check

Spell Check To spell check the Content text field, select Spell Check from the File menu. Be sure to have your cursor in the Content text field to spell check.

 

Voice Recognition - Content is an ideal area to use a Voice Dictation program, such as Dragon or IBM Via Voice.
 

Copy and Paste

You can copy and paste text from another document by using the Edit menu in the document's application. Open or switch to the application where the document is located (e.g. MS Word). Select Edit...Select All or mark a section of document to copy. Select Edit...Copy. Switch to the Content screen in QuicDoc and click in the textbox.  Press Ctrl-V to paste, or right-click and select paste.

Process

Click the Process button at the top of the window.

Click in the field next to Motivation. The pick list for Motivation appears at the top.

Double click an item in the list to enter it. The cursor automatically advances to the next field. You may also type in the fields.

Use the text field labeled Other to record other behaviors observed in the session.

Click the Pick List icon to edit the Process pick lists.
