DocuTrac recommends that you backup your database on a daily basis to protect your data against hard drive failure. QuicDoc has a separate Database Manager for backing up and restoring.

Safe guarding your data is essential. Anything can happen from a hard drive crashing unexpectedly, to database corruption, to a new virus that was able to break through. Technical Support is sometimes able to assist depending on the situation, but you must be prepared. Consistently backing up your data is the best way to make sure your data is safe in most situations. Although, sometimes these situations are out of your control.
