Schedule Calls, Tasks, Tx Plans, and Appointments

Calls, tasks, and treatment plans once scheduled are listed in the Tasks tab of the Patient Window.

Tasks Tab Pt

When scheduling calls, tasks, treatment plans, or appointments, first select the name of the client, then select Schedule...from the Patient menu.

Treatment Plans

Click the down arrow for a calendar to select the Date.
Time fields are formatted for hh:mm. Type a for am and p for pm.
Click down arrow for a pick list to select a priority rating.
Click Ok to save.
 

You can also schedule treatment plans from the Authorizations window, by clicking the blue underlined text Schedule Treatment Plan.

Tx tasksTreatment Plan Due Dates are listed in the client's Tasks tab. Plans that are due within 14 days (default value) or within the number of days you assign are listed in the Reminders window, Tx Plans Due tab.

Client specific tasks and calls are listed in the client's Tasks tab, Patient window, until they are marked Done. If you wish to hide those tasks that you have marked as completed, you will need to select this option Preferences.

Schedule a Task or Call:

The yellow fields are required to save a task or call as scheduled.

 

Select the client, and click Schedule Task or Call from the Patient menu. Click the down arrow for a calendar to select the date.
Enter the time. Time fields are formatted for hh:mm. Type a for am and p for pm.
Select a priority from the pick list.
Enter the task description under Task, or enter call info under To Whom/Regarding.
Click Ok to Save.

Schedule Appointment

You can schedule an appointment from the Patient window without opening the QuicDoc Scheduler. This provides a quick means to schedule a next appointment for your patient. Appointments are automatically entered in the Scheduler.  If there is a conflict you will be prompted to either accept or to reschedule the new appointment.
