Other Sections in the Intake note and the outpatient Treatment Plan contain a menu of different sections that can also be completed as part of the note or treatment report. You can also set up these sections to appear in any note or report.

Once a part of the Intake Note by default, the Review of Systems is a separate section that can be added any note or treatment report.
