Other Sections in the outpatient Treatment Plan contain a menu of different sections that can be completed as part of the treatment report. These are the same, by default, as those found in the Intake Note. So if you have completed an Intake Note, you will be familiar with the screens. You can also set up these sections to appear in any note or report.
Click the Other Sections caption for the Outpatient Treatment Plan to open the following:
Once a part of the Intake Note by default, the Review of Systems is a separate section that can be added any note or treatment report.
