Overview of QuicForms

Top  Previous  Next

QuicForms QuicForms is designed to fill and print standard Outpatient Treatment Reports (OTRs) required by most Managed Care and Insurance Companies.

How it Works

Each form has its own associated database, so that treatment plans you create can be saved. Plans for a specific form are saved as records in the database. For example,  the Blue Cross Blue Shield OTR will have its own database in which all clients treatment plans created with this form will be stored as individual records in the database. QuicForms makes it easy to add new plans or records, find a plan which has been saved, and even duplicate a plan or record which you can then update.

QFF Files and Associated Databases

Each OTR form has a form file (.QFF file) and an associated database. QFF files are installed in the \QuicDoc Std folder, and databases in the \Data folder. They will need to be kept in these locations for the QuicDoc backup to include them. When using the QuicDoc backup utility be sure the option for Backup QuicDoc and QuicForms Databases from the Data folder is selected.
