Getting Started with QuicForms

QuicForms Use QuicForms to import your data from QuicDoc onto an insurance or managed care company's required treatment plan form. Before you can import information from QuicDoc, you will need to enter basic patient information and at least one note (Intake, Progress, or Treatment Plan) in QuicDoc

To open QuicForms from within QuicDoc: Click the QuicForms icon on the toolbar, or select QuicForms from the Documentation menu.

QuicForms Form Files

QuicForms comes with a number of OTR forms which will need to be installed before they can be used.  When opening QuicForms for the first time, follow the instructions on the screen to install form files.

Filling out forms

When you open a new form you have the option to import information from QuicDoc, or to fill out the form from scratch. Forms have pick lists and calendars for quick entry.

Preferences

You can change settings for your printer offset, print zoom. You can also select options for your font and dictionary in QuicForms.
