You can install the OTR forms that you use for your clients. QuicForms will print the data you've entered in your Notes and Treatment Plans and print the form for you as well. You never have to worry about running out of an OTR form.
If a standard widely used form is not yet listed, you can request that it be added. If approved by DocuTrac forms are added at no additional cost for registered QuicDoc users. DocuTrac reserves the right to reject, exclude, or not include a form.
