Summary

The Summary section is by default part of the Inpatient Treatment Plan. You can also set it up to appear in any note or report. The Summary section  has three sub-sections:

Discharge Criteria
Disposition
Treatment Team

Discharge Criteria

Select criteria from drop down pick list, or type in field, and click Ok.

Click to check when Met and enter the date. Enter the estimated length of stay.

Disposition

Click the Disposition button tab at the top of the screen. Click an option to select a disposition, or click other, and type in text box.

Select an option for Patient Review, and enter date. If deferred, enter reason in text field.

Treatment Team

Click the Treatment Team button tab at the top of the Summary screen in the Inpatient Treatment Plan.

Select a provider from the drop down pick list. The list includes only users or providers entered into QuicDoc. The provider's discipline will be included only if it was entered in the discipline field of the user information form.

To Delete: Click to select, and press the Delete key, or drag and drop into trashcan.
