Previous Treatments can by default be recorded in Intake Notes and Outpatient Treatment Plans. You can also set it up to appear in any note or report. There are three sub-sections to record Previous Treatment:
Click the buttons at the top of the window to access the corresponding sub-sections.
To Add a Previous Treatment or Previous Medication
1. | Begin by clicking the blue underlined text Add a Previous Treatment/Medication at the bottom of screen |
2. | Enter information in fields. For the Medications pick list, click the down arrow to the right of the Medications/Dose field. Select the medication from the list, and then type in the dose. |
To Edit Treatment or Medication
1. | Click to select the treatment or medication in the list box. |
2. | Click the blue underlined text Edit Selected.... |
3. | Make changes in the dialog box. |
To Delete Treatment or Medication
Click on the treatment or medication to select in the list box and press the Delete key, or Drag and Drop into the trashcan in the lower right of the screen.
