Write Letter Memo Fax

You can create a letter, memo, or fax for a selected patient, user, referral source, or insurance company contact.

1.Select the name of the recipient.
2.From the Write menu, select Letter, Memo, or Fax.
3.In QuicDoc's word processor, enter text for letter, fax, or memo.
4.Select File...Print to print your document.
 

Saving and Naming

saveros  Click the Save button on the toolbar, Select File...Save As..., or Press Ctrl+S to open the Save or Save As dialog box.

1.Type a name in the File name field to name the file.
2.Give the file an extension of RTF. The file will be saved in the QuicDoc Documents folder.
3.Select File... Exit to close the word processor.
