Patients Patients/Clients can be deleted only when there are no associated records or outcome measures. All associated records and measures must be deleted first before a patient can be deleted. If you are unable to delete the associated records, consider making the patient inactive. Referral Source and Insurance Companies Referral Source and Insurance Companies can only be deleted when there are no associated patients. They can, however, be made inactive. Users Deleting Users requires the Administrative logon. Users can only be deleted when there are no associated patients. You may want to reassign the users's patients to another provider, or make the user inactive.
