Office Therapy Version 7.0 and the New CMS 1500 Claim Form

Office Therapy 7 is now available.
Version 7 includes the new CMS 1500 claim form and accommodates the reporting of the National Provider Identifier (NPI)l.

Providers will be required to use the new CMS1500 form for submitting claims for reimbursement. October 1st is the date when providers can begin using the CMS 1500, which replaces the HCFA 1500.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you are running an older version of Office Therapy, you will need to upgrade your software in order to continue submitting claims. Please call 800-850-8510 for more information and to find out how to upgrade your software.
