DocuTrac Software for Behavioral Health

"QuicDoc Office surpassed our expectations in terms of ease of use and application to psychological billing. Our multidisciplinary practice previously used much more supposedly sophisticated (and much more costly) products that provided far less results. We intend to recommend QuicDoc when hired as consultants in helping others to establish integrated mental health and wellness centers."

Carol L. Veizer, MA, LPC, NCC , Executive Director, New Jersey Center for the Healing Arts

Quality Assessment for Improving Performance

Evaluating, monitoring, and improving quality of care is increasingly
important in the competitive environment of accountability and managed
care. QuicDoc's Quality Assessment Report summarizes important quality of
care indicators such as average time from initial call to first
appointment, average number of sessions by diagnosis, average differential
GAF by diagnosis, risk factors at Intake vs. Discharge, global improvement
ratings and more.

Patient Satisfaction

QuicDoc's Patient Satisfaction Survey allows patients to rate factors such
as access to care, interpersonal care/communication, physical
surroundings, outcomes of care, technical quality, and overall
satisfaction.

This 20-item measure can be administered in less than 5 minutes and
provides valuable information to help assess the quality of care you
provide.

Assessment Tools

Crisis Triage Rating Scale (CTRS) by Herbert Bengelsdorf, M.D., Lawrence
E. Levy, M.D., Rosa Lee Emerson, Ph.D., and Frank A Barile, Ph.D. Though
not a substitute for independent medical or other appropriate professional
evaluations, this brief rating scale can be used as an aid in assessing
the need for hospitalization.

The Abnormal Involuntary Movements Scale (AIMS). This standardized, widely
used scale, is provided for patients taking anti-psychotic or other
medications. The AIMS is used to identify abnormal movements that result
from certain medications.

The Patient Satisfaction Survey by DocuTrac, Inc. This is a twenty-item
questionnaire assessing satisfaction with services provided, and obtaining
patient evaluations of specific aspects of services. The survey can be
completed at the last session, or just prior to the last session.

The Pain Assessment allows you to record pain intensity and frequency,
onset, duration, and location, as well as recommendations. Uses a 1 to 10
scale.

The Nutrition Assessment allows you to record appetite status and changes,
food likes and dislikes, allergies, any religious or ethnic issues, and
any relevant medications, as well as recommendations.
