Retired Software
As older versions of software are retired in an effort to maximize efficiency
in product development and support, assistance with technical support will no longer be available for these versions.

In order to File Claims Electronically and to process Credit Cards you are required to be current on your Annual Maintenance. We cannot assist with claim rejections or credit card errors by any means - phone, fax, email or live help - unless you are current on your Annual Maintenance.
