QuicDoc Improving Overall Performance and
Productivity
QuicDoc's client server software has the ability to scale upward to deal with hundreds of users. In large multi-user network facilities, data access requirements are much greater in terms of number of users and database size. Using SQL Server and a client-server architecture, our QuicDoc Enterprise Edition scales to meet these requirements and can handle huge amounts of data with greater optimization and more efficient - faster data processing.
The QuicDoc Enterprise Edition has most all of the features of the Standard Edition as well as additional features such the highest level of security with user roles, the ability to create your own input screens with pick lists, and the ability to customize other areas of the program. Other features exclusive to the Enterprise Edition include:
QuicDoc has unlimited user-defined fields for client information or demographics that can be associated with a given program (e.g. Substance Abuse, Mental Health). User fields can be linked to another field or pick-list in QuicDoc, have its own pick-list, or be masked. The data entered can be formatted for output in a number of ways to meet State, County, or other reporting requirements.
Our client server software offers the same clinically relevant note and treatment plan sections, pick-lists, and prompts that are available in the Standard Edition, for producing comprehensive, consistent, and clinically sound notes and treatment reports. The Enterprise Documentation system offers more flexibility and customization features that make it possible to configure the note section and screens to meet specific agencies needs.
Agencies wishing to acquire billing software, or update old billing systems, while implementing a clinical information program can use QuicDoc for documentation and AccuMed™ by Accumedic Computer Systems, Inc. for billing. QuicDoc and AccuMed interface to provide a system for both billing and documentation eliminating double entry of demographic data and automatically updating and adding client, insurance, provider and referral source information. In addition AccuMed checks for session notes in QuicDoc before filing insurance, and AccuMed's Scheduler can be read from within the QuicDoc program.
Customization to meet unique and specific agency needs: Many agencies have existing systems in place for tracking information other than clinical data. DTI can customize QuicDoc and/or provide utilities that can efficiently use data from these existing systems. Examples include linking, integration, or data exchange with other database systems such as billing systems. DTI can also provide customized reports and integration of agency-specific forms.
