Outpatient Clinical Sections The clinical sections listed below are part of the Outpatient Treatment Plan which also consists of Other Sections which may also be addressed. The Outpatient Treatment Plan includes the Session Information window, as well as the following: These clinical sections are the same sections found in the Intake Note. If they were addressed at intake, the data will appear for you to update for the Treatment Plan. You can address as few or as many of the sections as you wish. The symptoms and goals, however, are determined by your entries in the DSM-IV Diagnosis section. You can add, remove, and change the order of the sections that make up the Treatment Plan in the Documentation Setup.
